The Fitting Room was a space where you could try the full range of Wacay clothes and Sneaky Steve shoes in a retail space of only 63 square meters. Orders were placed on interactive touch screens. That way, the staff could use all their time helping and guiding you as a customer. Orders were be delivered directly to customers from the respective brand's warehouse.
All products were tagged to enable customers to easily be a part of the product and brand’s story. Everything from the designer's thoughts, sustainability information to features that add value to the product. In the changing room, customers could mirror themselves in an adjustable virtual environment where music, light and images contributed to create the right feeling and atmosphere.
Touchtech is an innovative Swedish company that provides retail solutions for the digitalization of the in-store shopping experience and increase of sales.
The company's products are within the "Endless-Aisle". The concept aims to present and offer a brand’s full range in-store via a touch screen.
